After receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Josie spent 10 years in restaurant management, taking numerous low-producing restaurants to incredible increase and growth. Her commitment to clear communication and excellent training led to her management of a Tulsa area Q'Doba, where she then opened three restaurants in rapid succession with great results. She took her expertise in client services to the matchmaking company OK Singles, where she orchestrated the expansion of its eight offices to 24, working with new members and training and hiring a team to do the same as the Client Services Manager. While studying to receive her Masters in Human Relations and Organization, Josie began working for Just Catering in 2013 as a server & bartender, before transitioning into an internal role for the company.

Now, as the Director of Operations, her desire is to carry on the vision of Orr Nalp, with internal and external growth and organization, while maintaining the quality food, service, and customer relations the company is known for.
